Keeping the customers happy

Overview:

If it wasn't for your customers, there would be no haunt. Well, I guess it would still be there but an empty haunt is a sad haunt. So treating your customers like a family-friendly business is always best. However, safety is also a priority. Make sure your rules are on your website & in your queue line. Have the door person repeat those rules. And follow those rules. Clear communication on what to expect inside will help slow down your negative reviews.

Action Tools:

Focus on entertaining your customers and making them feel safe. Listen to their concerns and make changes based on customer feedback.
You will have bad reviews. How you handle them is key. Other customers read those reviews so always remain professional. Always try to make it right with the customer.
Always have someone on staff that handles customer complaints. Someone that is calm and knows how to difuse a situation.
Always take care of the customers. Ask for feedback. Create a fun & hospitable environment. Leave a suggestion box at the end or have an employee taking exit interviews with the guests.
