Overview:

We are consumers. We love stuff! Offer something to your customers that they can wear, use, or display. Have them exit your attraction through a gift shop so they can take it home with them. Experiment with merchandise each year in smaller quantities and see what sells with your customers. The markup of these items can be extremely profitable.

Action Tools:

Sell branded T-shirts & hoodies. Create unique designs, prices & sizes. Have women options. These are marketing for you too..as walking billboards. Put the year on them and make limited quantities.
Jewelry. Costume jewelry based around spooky things or pins/buttons with designs related to your attraction. You can even have your staff help make them.
Certified Collectibles (aka old show junk): Used props and costume pieces from your haunt that you don’t use anymore. Have any design drawings of your attraction that you could sell? Make copies and frame them.
Specialty Items. Items such as shot glasses, coolie cups, beanies, etc with your logo on them.
Bundled Merchandise. Create V.I.P. bundles that create scarcity and status with your biggest fans. Create a limited amount of bundles each year.
