What do your customers want to buy?

Overview:

“Junk is the ideal product…the ultimate merchandise. No sales talk necessary. The client will crawl through a sewer and beg to buy.” –William S. Burroughs

Most of the time, adding more profit and revenue can be planned around the things and resources you already have. Your customers may want something completely different than you think they want. Ask them through surveys and polls. Always listen to customer feedback...good and bad. It might just take a little tweaking to make it work.

Action Tools:

“Nothing Haunts us like the things we didn’t buy.” Your customers want to support things they like and want more of it. And then feel left out if they miss it. Don't you? Test out limited add-ons and merchandise and take notes.
Make all the extras part of your show. Create package deals and make it easy for your customers to buy them. They need to know about the extras if they're going to buy them.
Everything you offer should be part of your brand. All of your extras should be branded and be designed with your theme in mind. Create an immersive experience.
