Competition: Friend or foe?

Overview:

Other local haunted attractions make great trading neighbors and might even have extra help if you need it in a pinch. Collaboration rather than Competition. You can always offer to help them anyway you can. Those that choose to be bad neighbors can stay bad neighbors. Focus on what you can control. Providing the best haunted house experience that anyone has ever seen!

Action Tools:

Team up with other local Haunts. People that go through haunted houses usually want to go through more. Create a wristband system for accessing all of them.
Provide a great customer experience. People will choose who they like the best. Make your haunt the cool scary place to spend the evening.
To stand out, “Be Different”. Do something that the other attractions around you aren’t.
Never bad talk another Haunt. Each business is trying their best. Collaboration is always the best path to try first.
