Places to find money

Overview:

Two things holding most Haunt Owners back: Time & Money. The smarter you are on WHERE you're spending each dollar and WHAT you exactly need, the quicker you can start seeing the profits. Focus on creating a passionate show that makes the customers feel something. Maybe save the high-cost "wants" untils you've bought everything you "need".

Action Tools:

Keep overhead costs low. It's better to stay a lean business and grow than take a huge risk that may not pay off when you need it.
Only borrow money if that makes sense in your business plan. Many attraction businesses aren't profitable until after year three.
Investors & partnerships should be accompanied by legal advice. You want to make sure that each person is clear about the terms and it's documented.
Sponsorships can make good relationships. Create a win-win scenerio for both of you.
