Maybe you want to be eventually be a large multi-plex scream park with multiple haunts and various themes. Could they all be linked together in a overall story? Or each one with their own unique timeline? You're in control and things can always be tweaked as you grow.

Action Tools:

Use a local urban legend or mysterious event for your backstory. Stay away from recent tragic events and touchy subjects.
Use popular trends. What would the customers like to see? 1980s theme? Fungus zombies? Killer clowns? Witches?
To stand out, “Be Different”. Do something that the other attractions around you aren’t.
Name your Business something that you can grow with. If you ever relocate, will titles like "Asylum", "Woods", "Factory" be able to move with you? You can always create attractions under your main name.
