Managing & finding a crew

Overview:

Start searching for a scare crew as soon as you get your plan in motion. You'll need help building, decorating, scare actors, maintenance, security, parking attendants, haunt moms & dads, ticket takers, door greeters, & whatever else needs to be done. Do what you can do on your own & find help for the rest.

Action Tools:

Hire slow & fire fast. Go through the proper hiring process when hiring and don't hesitate to let people go if it's not a good fit.
Try to find the best fit for each person. Move actors around if they'll fit in a better role. Some actors take a few nights to come out of their shells.
Create a safe environment. Your staff should want to be there and feel that they are protected from harm. Many haunts have a "family" feel to them.
Be a good leader or find someone that is. Your crew needs a leader who they relate to. Hire this person as the Staff Manager.
