Overview:
Creating a queue line that you can speed up or slow down whenever you want is the ultimate goal for your throughput. Create your attraction with this in mind. Bottlenecks and pitch black areas slow the line down. Running scared customers & returning customers who know their way all speed it up. Use plenty of security where needed.
Action Tools:
Find a good ticketing company. You can also do this process manually but ticket companies have time-saving benefits and extra features.
Use "Timed Tickets". Each group of customers pay for a certain time slot keeping your customers waiting less in line and more time at your concession stands.
Make your queue line interactive. If your customers don't feel like they're waiting then the better the experience. Immerse them as soon as they arrive.
Monitor the flow of the customers going through. What can you do to slow down or speed up the line?
